Black Lives Matter Protest
April Lee | The Black Lives Matter protests that sprouted up all over the country, including the one pictured above on UW Oshkosh’s campus, came in
the wake of extreme police violence, most notably in the deaths of George Floyd and Breonna Taylor. In Oshkosh, the Oshkosh Police Department officers have used body-worn cameras (BWC) for nearly five years. UW Oshkosh Police do not currently have BWC or dash cameras.
