Oct. 31, 2015 (3:17 a.m.) An officer investigated a laser pointer being shined out a window from Horizon Village at Community Service Officers whom were walking outside of the building. Contact was made with two 19-year-old male UW Oshkosh students and a 20-year-old male UW Oshkosh student in Horizon Village, all of whom resided in the room that the laser pointer was being shined from. One of the 19-year-old males was warned for disorderly conduct for shining the laser and was cited for underage drinking (1st). The other two males were warned for underage drinking. Oct. 31, 2015 (4:05 a.m.) An officer on a building check of North Scott Hall overheard person(s) unknown pushing the elevator emergency button in the elevators. The responsible person was located on the 9th floor, admitted that there was no emergency and had no reason for deliberately pushing the button. The responsible person, a 19-year-old resident female UW Oshkosh student, was cited for underage consumption of alcoholic beverages (1st offense) and warned for false alarm activation. Oct. 31, 2015 (10:41 p.m.) An officer observed a 19-year-old non-affiliated female urinating in University Lot 34. The officer made contact with the female subject, and it was determined that she had also been consuming alcohol. The female subject was issued a citation for underage alcohol consumption (1st offense) and warned for depositing of human waste. Nov. 1, 2015 (12:02 a.m.) An officer responded to Scott Hall after several students contacted the security station to report witnessing an intoxicated male urinating in the sink in the main lounge. The male was gone upon arrival but located later by officers outside Gruenhagen Hall. A visiting 19-year-old non-affiliated male was cited for underage consumption of alcoholic beverages (1st offense) and depositing of human waste before being released to a responsible adult. Nov. 1, 2015 (1:32 a.m.) An officer made contact with two 22-year-old male UW Oshkosh students who appeared to be having a disagreement near the intersection of High Ave and Osceola Ave. The officer stood by as a peace officer until the male subjects resolved their verbal disagreement. Both male subjects were warned for disorderly conduct and released. Nov. 4, 2015 (2:22 p.m.) An officer responded to meet with a UW Oshkosh employee at the Hazardous Waste Building regarding found property. The officer took custody of the property and placed it in the evidence locker to be destroyed. Nov. 4, 2015 (11:58 p.m.) An officer responded to Taylor Hall after a restricted 22-year-old non-affiliated male was reported to be in the building. The officer made contact with the male in question who admitted that he knew he was not allowed in the building. The male was issued a citation for Unauthorized Presence and escorted from the building. The male’s probation agent was also contacted in regards to the incident.
